FormatFuse provides free, browser-based file conversion tools. Key features of our service:

• All file processing happens locally in your browser
• No files are uploaded to our servers
• We support various file format conversions
• The service is provided free of charge
• Some features may display advertisements in the future

3. Acceptable Use

When using FormatFuse, you agree to:

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the files you convert using FormatFuse. Since files are processed locally in your browser and never uploaded to our servers, we have no access to or rights over your content.

Our Content: The FormatFuse website, including its design, features, and content (excluding user files), is owned by RayLabs Pte. Ltd. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. The key point: your files are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RayLabs Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers (though we don't store your files)
• Any bugs, viruses, or errors in the service
• Any content obtained from the service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RayLabs Pte. Ltd., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of FormatFuse or violation of these Terms.

9. Future Advertising

While FormatFuse is currently ad-free, we may introduce advertisements in the future to support the free service. Any ads will be clearly marked and won't interfere with the core functionality of file conversion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of FormatFuse after changes means you accept the new Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to FormatFuse at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FormatFuse shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
